I worked on the student short film Delivery as the Production Manager. Even with transitioning to remote work due to COVID-19, we finished the film a week ahead of schedule!

Render Spreadsheet

A spreadsheet I created as Production Manager for Delivery to organize the order we will render shots based on what will be render-ready first and/or are higher priority. The spreadsheet pulls data from the Shotlist once the shot number is entered, such as the frames in the timeline, who animated it, and whether there are any characters, effects, and 2D and/or 3D animation.
